Basically the laptop here (can be desktop) has no LCD or Software problem. It is the GPU at fault.
The best solution is have it replaced. If you believe you can do it by yourself, then you will have to order new GPU for your laptop. Bear in mind each laptop has specific GPU only and you cannot use other models.

Other improvised solution if helps is you have to disassemble your laptop and clean then replace with new thermal compound.
